1. Take a photo of your team's favorite way(s) to soothe yourselves without food when emotional eating triggers hit.
2. Upload your team photo Current Mini-Challenge section on your dashboard.
3. Vote for your own team's photo, or other teams' entries if you like their photos. You can even select the 'Get Votes' option to send vote requests via email or Facebook if this is a voting mini-challenge.
