"I Will..." Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The “I will...” contest is sponsored by HealthyWage. This contest is governed by these official rules. By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by HealthyWage, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, nor Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to HealthyWage, not Facebook, nor Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to HealthyWager participants, are legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. HealthyWage has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The contest begins at February 15, 2023 6:00 AM PT and ends at February 19, 2023, 11:59 PM PT. All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. HealthyWage reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the contest by commenting on HealthyWage's winner post with an image or video completing the sentence of "I will..." when you achieve your weight loss goal. One submission per winner. If you are not on Facebook and would like to participate, email your submission to socialmedia@healthywage.com by Sunday, February 19th to be included.

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will gathered by HealthyWage. A winner will be selected by the HealthyWage team. The winner will be announced on February 22, 2023 on our Facebook page, featuring the winning submission. Winner will be contacted via email by HealthyWage.

PRIZE:
$250 cash prize, which will be applied to your HW Points.

PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants HealthyWage permission to use his/her name, content (video, image), likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
