Putting in a full day at the office can make it hard to find time to exercise. Your goal as a team is to come up with the best exercise that you can do from your own desk. These exercises can be something simple just to perform while working on your computer or something a little more intense that will get your blood pumping. 

Get creative as possible! 

Your team can submit a photo of a team member or members performing the activity and enter some text describing the steps of your exercise. Don't forget, the judges will be rewarding creativity and fun! So make sure to think out-of-the-box for this Mini-Challenge.
