HOW TO ENTER:
1. SEND A VIDEO of you opening your HealthyWager check.
You can email your video to socialmedia@healthywage.com. Once received, you will be entered into the monthly drawing for a $100 Amazon Gift Card. (Example: if your video is sent during the month of September, you will be entered into the September drawing which will take place on the first Monday of the next month.)

IMPORTANT: This contest is separate from the HealthyWage Check Photo Program. A check photo still needs to be sent in to fulfill the agreement for having your check fee waived.

CONTEST PERIOD
This contest is a monthly contest. All entries received during the current month will be entered into that month's drawing. Example: Any videos received during the month of September will be entered into the September monthly drawing. HealthyWage reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to participants who are legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. HealthyWage has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. In order to be eligible for the $100 Amazon Gift Card prize, you must be a HealthyWager winner.
WINNER SELECTION
All eligible videos that are submitted via email will be gathered by HealthyWage. Winner will be contacted via email by HealthyWage directly on first Monday of the following month their video was received. Example: If video was sent in September, the drawing and winner notification takes place on the first Monday of October.
PRIZE:
$100 Amazon Gift Card, which will be sent to winner via email.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The Check Opening Video Contest is sponsored by HealthyWage. This contest is governed by these official rules. By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by HealthyWage, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
