A loss of 6% of your total body weight is the overall goal of your HealthyWage Team or Jackpot Challenge, but individually, your overall goal might be greater than that. It also might include more than just a specific weight loss percentage. For example, you might want to lose 12% AND be able to run a 5k by the time this 12-week challenge ends.
The first step is to set your HealthyWage Goal in your profile. When signed in to your dashboard, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen, then select "Profile" from the dropdown menu. Navigate down to the "Current HealthyWage Goal" section and select your goal from the given options.
To take it a step further, dedicate yourself to a personal challenge goal. The best way to turn your goal into a result is to write it down and make yourself accountable for it.

- Don't expect to lose 10 pounds a week
