Weight Watchers Challenge: Mini-Challenge Instructions

Weight Watchers Challenge participants can receive additional ribbons, and the chance to get more rewards by completing six mini challenges! These fun and motivating two-week-long challenges encourage team bonding and help participants stay on track with fun new ways to stay healthy holistically - food-wise, fitness-wise and emotionally.

If a team can complete the mini challenge tasks together, great! If they’re done individually, the team can choose a member who can help with the completion of the challenge task(s). The team captain should collect and submit verification that the team member completed the task. Once the team captain submits the verification for each mini-challenge, each team member gets a ribbon. Although it’s okay for each mini challenge to be completed by just one team member, all team members are encouraged to complete the tasks together and support one another.

Successfully-completed mini challenges along with other tasks in the Weight Watchers Challenge are rewarded with ribbons.

Mini-Challenge: Healthy Cooking

It can be hard to eat healthy when tempting but not-so-healthy food constantly surrounds you. Weight Watchers comes to the rescue by providing lots of delicious recipes for delicious, healthy meals! For this mini-challenge, a team member or the entire team can choose one of the following five Weight Watchers Recipes—then make it and enjoy it without the guilt! The team captain will upload a photo of your delicious meal for verification!

The recipes:

Pasta: Spaghetti with Tomato-Meat Sauce

Chicken: Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Beef: Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Fish: Fish Tacos with Chipotle Cream

Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmigiana

Gluten Free and Vegan: Lentil and Black Bean Chili

Holistic Focus: Food

Verification: Submit a photo of your healthy meal

Ribbon: Healthy Cooking

Fine print: Only submit one entry per team. Additional entries will overwrite earlier entries and additional ribbons will not be awarded. Entries unrelated to the specific topic of the mini-challenge will be removed and the ribbon revoked at the discretion of the challenge Host. In these cases, participants will be notified and may resubmit their entries to earn their ribbon.
