Weight Watchers Challenge participants can receive additional ribbons, and the chance to get more rewards by completing six mini challenges! These fun and motivating two-week-long challenges encourage team bonding and help participants stay on track with fun new ways to stay healthy holistically - food-wise, fitness-wise and emotionally.
If a team can complete the mini challenge tasks together, great! If they’re done individually, the team can choose a member who can help with the completion of the challenge task(s). The team captain should collect and submit verification that the team member completed the task. Once the team captain submits the verification for each mini-challenge, each team member gets a ribbon. Although it’s okay for each mini challenge to be completed by just one team member, all team members are encouraged to complete the tasks together and support one another.
Successfully-completed mini challenges along with other tasks in the Weight Watchers Challenge are rewarded with ribbons.
Description: It’s crunch time! Get together as many team members as possible, to do three sets of 25 reps of any type of crunches you choose! This will help you work your ab muscles! Have the team captain submit photo of one or more team members doing a set of crunches as verification.

Fine print: Only submit one entry per team. Additional entries will overwrite earlier entries and additional ribbons will not be awarded. Entries unrelated to the specific topic of the mini-challenge will be removed and the ribbon revoked at the discretion of the challenge Host. In these cases, participants will be notified and may resubmit their entries to earn their ribbon.
