Team Challenge & Jackpot participants can receive additional ribbons by completing six mini-challenges! These fun and motivating week-long challenges encourage bonding and help you stay on track with fun, new ways to stay healthy holistically: food-wise, fitness-wise and emotionally!
Get rid of unhealthy food items such as junk food snacks, candy, or sugary sodas in your office and/or home workspace (mindlessly snacking during the workday is a major way to inhibit weight loss). By keeping unhealthy snacks away, you won’t be tempted to munch.
Your Challenge: Clean up (and clean out!) your workspace and take before and after photos of the area.
Submitting Your Entry:
Sign in to the challenge dashboard via the web and click on the Mini Challenge tab on the right-hand side.
1. Click "Upload" to browse for your photo on your phone or computer, or, drag your photo over the upload button
2. Enter your name and a blurb about your entry
3. Click Add/Update
4. View other entries!
Fine print: Only submit one entry per person. Additional entries will overwrite earlier entries and additional ribbons will not be awarded. Entries unrelated to the specific topic of the mini-challenge will be removed and the ribbon revoked at the discretion of the challenge Host. In these cases, you will be notified and may resubmit your entry to earn your ribbon.
