Team Challenge Referral Program Rules
(v. July 7, 2020)
Recruit another organization to join your Team Challenge or commit to another within one calendar year of referral and get rewarded!
If the referred organization has 50 or more participants at their challenge midpoint, we'll show our thanks with cash rewards!
$500 to $1,000 Rewards
If the referred organization has 50-99 participants at their challenge midpoint, you'll receive a referral reward of $500. If the referred organization has 100+ participants at their challenge midpoint, you'll receive a referral reward of $1,000.
Minimum Requirements
The referred organization must have at least 50 participants at the time of their challenge midpoint in order to qualify. if the referred organization does not join your current challenge, they must join another Team Challenge within one calendar year of referral in order to qualify.
How to Refer
Please email us at clients@healthywage.com to let us know of a referral, and ask your contact at the referred organization to do the same!
Referral Reward Options
If the referred organization meets the 50 participant minimum at their challenge midpoint, you will have two prize payout options: Gift Card or Top Team Prize. You can choose to split either option 50/50 with the referred organization if you'd like.
Option 1: Gift Card
If you choose the gift card option for yourself, you'll receive your reward after the referred organization's challenge midpoint. If they have 50-99 participants, the gift card amount will be $500. If they have 99+ participants, the gift card amount will be $1,000.
If you choose to split the gift card option with the referred organization, you'll both receive your reward after the referred organization's challenge midpoint. If they have 50-99 participants, the gift card amount will be $250. If they have 99+ participants, the gift card amount will be $500.
Option 2: Top Team Prize
If you choose the Top Team Prize for your organization:
If the referred organization joins your current challenge, your organization will receive a Top Team Prize at the end of the challenge. The team from your organization that loses the highest percentage of their starting weight will receive a prize of $500 or $1,000 depending on the referred organization's participation.
If the referred organization joins a challenge within one calendar year of referral, your organization will receive a Top Team Prize at the end of your next Team Challenge.
Note: Eligibility for referral rewards is always determined at referred organization's challenge midpoint. Referred organization's challenge midpoint must come before your organization's next challenge end date in order to receive Top Team prize.
If the referred organization joins your current challenge, you will both receive a Top Team Prize at the end of the challenge. The teams from each organization that loses the highest percentage of their starting weight will receive a prize of $250 or $500 depending on the referred organization's participation.
If the referred organization joins a challenge within one calendar year of referral, they will receive a Top Team Prize at the end of their challenge. Your organization will receive a Top Team Prize at the end of your next Team Challenge.
