These rules are incorporated into and incorporate the Services Agreement, to which all participants must agree in order to register and participate.

Great Cash Prizes for Everyone that Reaches Their Personal Step Goal
Every single person that reaches or exceeds the goal of increasing their average step count by 25% at the end of their Challenge wins! Mayer Brown will cover the registration fee for all participants which will determine the prize pot. The prize pot will be split evenly among all successful participants.
"No-Lose" Guarantee
All participants will be considered winners and will receive their share of the prize if they meet or exceed their step goal.
Teams are “Just for Fun”
Teams are optional. If you choose to be part of a larger team throughout the Step Challenge, you are participating as an individual. If you increase your personal step goal by 25% at the end of the challenge, you win, regardless of the other members on your team perform. Your team is just there for fun and motivation! Track Your Steps
You can track your steps automatically (with certain phone apps and devices). See "How do I track my steps?" in our FAQs.
Challenge Success Indicators
The green, yellow and red challenge success indicators are meant to be used as a guide. The indicators are an estimate of progress toward your personal step goal and success, and not the final challenge results. No success indicators are final until the challenge has ended and results have been calculated.
Winning
Every individual who successfully increases their steps by 25% and reaches their personal step goal will receive a payment for an equal share of the pot, split among all of the successful participants.
Eligibility
You are not allowed to participate if: you are under the age of 18, have any medical conditions that prevent you from walking or being active, have a doctor's recommendation not to exercise or any disability preventing you from physical activity.
NOTE - This step challenge is only available for employees of the associated organization. That means you can not recruit outside friends or family members to join.
