Maintain 2 Gain FAQ & Rules
These rules are incorporated into and incorporate the Services Agreement, to which all participants must agree in order to register and participate.
What is this?
You asked, we listened! We want to help you keep the weight off once and for all. Win your HealthyWager, then show us you’ve maintained your win weight for a period of 24 months, and you’ll win $300!
Who is eligible?
To participate in this opportunity, you must meet a few guidelines:
1. You have won a HealthyWager challenge before.
2. You have not previously won a challenge as a “Yo-Yo Rule” participant.
3. You registered for your current HealthyWager AND submitted your starting weight between the dates of December 27, 2023 - January 31, 2024.
How do I participate?
Register for a new eligible HealthyWager between the dates of December 27, 2023 - January 31, 2024, win your challenge, and you’re eligible to participate!
Does it cost money? What about my HealthyWager winnings?
This opportunity is at NO COST to you! Once you win your HealthyWager, you can cash out your prize as normal.
What are the requirements to receive the bonus?
After you win, you will be required to submit a verified weigh-in video every 6 months for a period of 24 months, showing you are at/below your HealthyWager goal weight. You must be AT OR BELOW your HealthyWager goal weight for all 4 weigh-ins to remain eligible. If you do not submit a verified weigh-in during one of your weigh-in windows OR do not weigh-in at or below your HealthyWager goal weight, you will no longer be eligible for the $300 maintenance prize.
How do I know when to submit a verified weight?
You will receive an email and push notification reminding you it’s time to submit your 6-month verified weight video, and you will have a two-week window to submit.
What if I’m unable to submit a verified weight at the required interval showing I’ve maintained my loss?
Failure to submit a verified weight video at any of the four required 6-month intervals, or submitting a verified weight video that shows you’ve gained weight since your win, will render you ineligible to receive the $300 maintenance boost.
Are there any exceptions?
There are no exceptions for any reason. You have 6 months to plan for your maintenance weight submission, and will have a 2-week window in which to submit it. Plan accordingly. Inability to provide a verified weight submission showing you’ve maintained your loss (or continued losing) will result in forfeiture of the boost.
How do I claim my $300?
After submitting your fourth and final 6-month verified weight video in the dedicated window, please contact our Support team at info@healthywage.com to let them know. They will confirm that you’ve met all requirements of the program, including reviewing your 4 verified weight videos, submitted at the designated 6-month intervals, showing you’ve maintained your loss (or continued losing weight). If your weights are compliant and qualify, we will award your HealthyWage account with $300 HW Points that you can cash out or use to fund other challenges.
Am I eligible for any other promotions?
No. Participants who join between the dates of December 27, 2023 - January 31, 2024 are ineligible to receive any other prize boosts or promotions.
What if I lose or forfeit the eligible HealthyWager and register for a new one?
Only HealthyWager challenges registered and weighed in between the dates of December 27, 2023 - January 31, 202 are eligible for this promotion.
What if I don’t want to participate?
No worries! This program is at no cost to you, so you can choose to participate…or not! If you win your HealthyWager and elect to not submit maintenance weights at the 6 month intervals for any reason, that is your choice to make.
Can I participate in other challenges during the 24 month window?
Yes! But remember, you must show you’re maintaining your HealthyWager winning weight (or continuing to lose). All standard HealthyWage platform rules and policies apply.
