The Truth: This is the way to live if you want to sustain healthy weight loss in the long term. We know that sounds daunting, which is why we want you to remember to be realistic in all of your practices. The old adage is true: Moderation is key.
How does this play out in your life? Have your favorite meal once in a while, celebrate your birthday with a slice of cake, or let loose with a drink or two. The key is to be real with yourself, and pay attention to how frequently you indulge. When you DO indulge, do it guilt free, and take the time to enjoy every minute of it! Eat slowly, enjoy the laughter and celebration the occasion -- connect to the entire experience, not just the food.
