Movement is essential to weight loss and your over all good health! One of the easiest ways to get active is just to get moving. Whether it's just steps you take in a day, or even climbing stairs, the more you move the healthier you'll be!
That's why, over the next two weeks, the Get Lean in 2015 Challenge is bringing you FREE step and stair workouts at Savannah State Track! Dates and times for these workouts are below:
Thursday February 12 at 6pm (taught by FleetFeet)
Wednesday February 18 at 6pm (taught by FitnessOne)
Tuesday February 24 at 6pm (taught by FleetFeet)
Your challenge is to participate in a step or stair workout!
1. Take a creative photo of you and/or your team participating in one of these workouts, or a stair workout of your own.
2. If you cannot attend one of the Stadium workouts, get creative! Find steps in your home or your office building stairwells and use the stairs instead of the elevator. If stairs are not an option, work on increasing your steps and take an action shot of your activities.
Please Note: If you are in different cities or locations, take individual photos and merge into one for your submission.
3. Upload your team photo on your team's current mini-Challenge tab, and make sure to to send vote requests to your friends and family to get those vote totals up!
$150 in Amazon Gift Cards goes to the team with the best photo of a team participating in one of these workouts. Mini-challenge voting determines the winning team! The Mini-Challenge starts February 11 and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on Tuesday, February 24th.
