Motivation is a big factor in initially losing weight and continuing to keep it off in the long-term. This challenge is about identifying your unique motivators so you can call on them for long-term success.
To complete this challenge:
1. Individually, sit down and identify your biggest motivators for continuing with your weight loss, or for weight maintenance. Motivators can be anything from the latest ap that keeps you moving or on track with your calories, to a celebrity or even your best friend that inspires you to keep at it even when times get tough. Maybe it's even more personal than that, and you're completely motivated by a concern for your health, or that of a loved one.
2. Come together as a team and discuss your individual motivators, you may even learn about something new that really inspires you!
3. Together, nominate one individual's motivator to submit as your entry.
4. Take a photo or find a representation of that motivator and upload it to the current mini-challenge section of your dashboard. Use the text box of the current mini-challenge section of your dashboard to enter and further describe this motivation and how it helps you stay on track.
$150 in Amazon Gift Cards goes to the team with the best motivator. Entries will be judged on the creativity, uniqueness and presentation. The Mini-Challenge runs from March 25 until 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, April 7th; winners will be announced later that week.
